Who can subscribe to Texas FormSource?

Any active, licensed Texas real estate broker or sales agent.

Are Texas REALTORS® listing agreement, residential, farm and ranch forms included in the subscription?

No. Texas FormSource includes 36 commercial transactional contracts and addenda. If you would like access to nearly 90 Texas REALTORS® residential, farm and ranch, listing, and other forms, please contact us about becoming a member of the Texas Association of REALTORS®.

I've seen other commercial brokers who are not Texas REALTORS® members use Texas REALTORS® forms. Is there a legal way to do that without being a member or a subscriber to Texas FormSource?

No. All Texas Association of REALTORS® forms are copyrighted. Only Texas REALTORS® members and subscribers to Texas FormsSource can legally use the forms. Texas REALTORS® will pursue all legal remedies, including monetary damages, for unauthorized use or sharing of the forms.

Can I use Texas FormSource on my tablet and phone?

The zipForm® Plus interface will display on tablets. Texas FormSource subscribers can purchase zipForm Mobile for a discounted price of $12.95 to use the mobile app optimized for tablets and phones.

As a Texas FormSource subscriber, do I get Texas REALTORS® member discounts to other products and services?

If you would like discounts on dozens of items like tenant screening, office supplies, technology solutions, shipping, signs, and more, please contact us about becoming a members of the Texas Association of REALTORS®.

You say Texas FormSource includes 36 Texas REALTORS® forms, but I counted 42. What's going on?

Four of the forms included are Texas Real Estate Commission forms, which are available to any license holder. Two of the forms included are Texas REALTORS® multi-use forms. These are included in the Texas FormSource package for your convenience, so you can use those forms in zipForm® Plus.

Where do I find tech help for zipForm® and zipLogix Digital Ink®?

You can call 586-840-0140 for 24-hour access to phone support during the week and from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Central time on weekends. Find online support and training at http://support.zipform.com/.

Can other agents and brokers in my office use these forms?

Not unless they also subscribe to Texas FormSource. Each subscription is for an individual authorized user. Forms automatically include the subscriber's name in the footer of each page of the form. Texas REALTORS® forms are copyrighted materials. As such, Texas REALTORS® will pursue all legal remedies, including monetary damages, for unauthorized use or sharing of the forms.

What if Texas FormSource doesn't meet my expectations? Can I get a refund?

If Texas FormSource does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. You will be charged a $24.95 processing fee. To receive a refund, you must sign a document verifying that you will no longer use Texas REALTORS® forms for any purpose. To inquire about a refund, contact us at info@texasformsource.com.

Will Texas FormSource share my personal information with other companies?

We take your security seriously. We will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party, with the following exception: We may share your name and contact information with one local association of REALTORS®. Read our full privacy policy here.

What happens if my Texas real estate license expires during my Texas FormSource subscription?

You get a 14-day grace period from the time your real estate license expires to renew your real estate license. If your real estate license hasn't been renewed by the end of that period, you will no longer have access to Texas FormSource. Once you renew your real estate license, it may take up to seven days until your Texas FormSource subscription is restarted.
